When will my Order Ship?


All order are shipped same day Monday - Friday if received by Noon. If you order after noon (PST) then your order will ship the following business day. Please keep in mind we mostly ship through the Post Office - so we do not ship on USPS Post Office Holidays. All orders are currently shipping through our Northern California warehouse.




Can I Exchange for a Different Size?


Yes, no problem. Pleases contact us and we'll get you a return/exchange shipping label. If you want an exchange - make sure to let us know what you want and slip a note inside your exchange.




How Long will My Order Take to Arrive?


Orders are taking about 3-7 days to arrive via USPS. Fedex Orders are taking around 2-3 days to arrive. When you receive your order confirmation email - check which method your item has shipped. And there will be a tracking link inside to check on the estimated time of arrival.




How do I return an Item?


If you're within 30 days - contact us for a free return label. Let us know if you're returning part or all of your order so we can make the right weight of label for you. If you're past 30 days - you can return it to the below address for a full address up to one year after purchase. No returns are accepted after 1 year.
